| have you ever wondered why you lvl 15 wiz starts with 1 pip and your 50 starts with 2. have you ever wondered why your wand doesnt give you one extra pip when it says it should. well when it says plus one pip it actally means the amount of pips you start with not the amount of gained pips you get
